Child Safety Standards

Hey I Am Alive is committed to protecting minors and maintaining a safe environment. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including any content, grooming, solicitation, or attempts to sexualize minors.

Prohibited content and behavior

• Any sexual content involving minors or depicting minors in a sexualized manner.
• Solicitation, grooming, or attempted exploitation of minors.
• Sharing, requesting, or distributing CSAM/CSAE content.
• Any activity that facilitates or promotes CSAE.

Enforcement

• We investigate reports and may remove content, restrict functionality, or permanently disable accounts.
• We cooperate with law enforcement when required and when appropriate.

How to report

If you become aware of suspected CSAE, report it immediately by contacting [email protected] with the subject line “Child Safety Report” and include as much detail as possible.

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services right away.
